Established in 1988 by the Late Mr. D P S Reddy, Vijay Garments is a renowned manufacturer and exporter of woven garments catering to leading brands from across the globe. The company was established as an extension of the group’s other businesses in the Hospitality, Real Estate, Retail and Automotive industries. The Reddy family has founded and setup Taj Coromandel & six other hotels under the Taj brand in collaboration with the TATA group.

Vijay Garments strategically established three manufacturing units equipped with world-class machinery in the port city of Chennai to cater primarily to finest of Japanese, European, Indian and American brands. In over thirty years of business, the company has grown to produce 30,00,000 garments per annum and has a team of over 1000 employees. The business is committed to delivering quality on time and has been recognized with the EPCES Export Award as the Best SEZ (Non-SSI) Exporter for Textiles by the Government of India.
